However, I wanted to wear them with skirts and if I try to wear them without pants to bulk up my calves, they fall down in a sloppy puddle rather than just being "slouched". It looks terrible like that. For reference, I have a 15.5" calf. I think the quality is good and they are very attractive when they are pulled up properly. They are also comfortable to wear.
